American Fare is Chef Charlie Palmer’s celebration of American cuisine, teaming the Charlie Palmer Collective of chefs with top Napa Valley Cabernet producers. The event will take place on November 18th at Charlie Palmer Steak and Sky & Vine Rooftop Bar located at Archer Hotel Napa. American Fare is designed to uncover the many layers of American cuisine in a fun, competitive and interactive taste around style event in the heart of downtown Napa. Chefs will each choose a recipe from Charlie Palmer’s American Fare cookbook and add their own twist. Guests will get to taste and be the judge of who they think is the best. Proceeds from this one-of-a-kind event will benefit the Children’s Museum of Napa Valley .
